Uma longa estrada tem sido manchada de sangue desde que a deformação rompeu a mente de alguns insanos, em 1995. Desde então, trazem consigo a marca do Death Metal e muita sede de falar sobre o lado grotesco da mente humana.

O primeiro registro demo só apareceu em 1999, com apenas uma música (Disgrace is Coming), mas foi o suficiente para abrir as portas para a banda, que, em 2002, lançou um Split pela Kill Again Rec.

Em 2010, após uma interminável espera, foi lançado seu primeiro álbum (AnthroposDeadGoreDisgustingPhagia) pela Thundergod Prods. Infelizmente, alguns contratempos adiaram a sua divulgação, mas, em 2013, a Deformity retomou o pulso e retorna com toda a ira para continuar o seu massacre.
